I'm a French software development engineer with several years experience.
I'm currently developing a generic machine emulator, which currently successfully runs a complete Amstrad PC1512. I didn't find any software that could not run on the emulated machine unless it would not run on the original machine.
I started creating components to emulate the CPC464. This site is a good source for documentation.
