A stack is not a prerequisite for multitasking. For example take a look at IBMs MVS XESA (late 80ies, beginning 90ies). The used CPUs emulated a stack by software!

Speech is originally an AmsDOS program, to change some enty points makes not a new tool out of it. For the same reason DeathChase and Hero have been deleted from the FutureOS Games-List. :-))
