ASCII Tools
ASCII Tools for CP/M-80 are a set of tools that can be used in order to process very large ASCII text files. They can be useful to programmers, editors and authors who want to have their source codes or articles respectively, saved in a single ASCII file on the CPC6128. ASCII Tools have been in development since 1988 by KSL. The virgin name of the software was CPC-WRITE. In 2004, the first simple version of ASCII Tools for CP/M plus was presented at the CPC Meeting II organized by TFM. The next version of ASCII Tools was included in COSMOS application in 2021. In 2026-2027 a new stand-alone version will be released for CP/M plus, which will support Text, Graphics and Page Switching.
